Chef Anthony apprenticed in pizza and cheese making in Naples, Italy for over two years. He continued to gain experience cooking in the kitchens of New York City and the West Coast for many years after that, but Pizza has always been his passion. Now, he and his wife, Sophia have finally created Anna's, named after Anthonys’ grandmother, so you can get a slice of his obsession.
