We are a Pizza truck business. We specialize in making high quality ingredients. We make our pizza dough daily. We make our very own tasty, savory sauce! We are based in Maryland and we travel across the state area. We will be doing all sorts of markets, festivals and private events.

My team and I would like to collaborate with your amazing team to make this year's festival memorable and affirming. The roots of our cuisine are Haitian and Taiwanese. These cultures create flavors that are highly complementary and their long history of healing with food is well known. With over ten years of festival experience we also tailor your experience to stimulate all the senses with eye popping visuals that work so well in the social media landscape. As such, we believe in adding value to your event because it benefits everyone participating. This season, we are introducing an exciting fresh new menu item: barbancort tacos. With freshly made corn tortilla shells, this Haitian styled taco combines your favorite proteins with fresh herbs, veggies, and a savory barbancort sauce for a satisfying and flavorful experience. Our new custom prep tables allow us to half our setup and break down times while making our appearance clean and minimal to the public eye. We are excited to participate in an exciting new season of collaboration with our event coordinators to create memorable experiences for all participants.

We offer a wide variety of cookie and ice cream flavors so that there is a delicious combo for everyone to enjoy! You will find us pedaling throughout downtown Baltimore serving our delicious handcrafted ice cream sandwiches all over the city.
