The Pig Rig features delicious inspired dishes such as the "Boss Hog" a Beer Battered Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, "Navajo Joe's Indian Taco" an authentic Navajo taco with slow simmered meat on a homemade Indian Fry Bread and of course our Famous Beer Battered Wisconsin White Cheddar Cheese Curds straight from Wisconsin! The Pig Rig features locally grown,ethically raised and anti-biotic free meat as well as local organic Colorado Grown produce when in season. Our menu features globally and seasonally inspired street food with a new menu each month. We also feature a dessert on each menu. A unique aspect to our food truck is our serving portions. Each menu item is offered in an entree size and a smaller "street" size. The smaller size allows customers to to try several different items on the menu.
We have an accomplished chef at the helm. Chef Jason Bray is known for his incredible food and has more than 10 years of chef experience.
For private events and catering, we can offer just about anything. We can suggest menus for you or you can work with our chef to design the menu of your dreams!
