The SDW Truck has been operating in Connecticut since 1976. Although we started as a vending truck, we now primarily operate as a catering truck for private parties and corporate event. All of southern Connecticut and beyond knows us for our gourmet hot dogs, house-made condiments, and our mouth-watering, fresh-cut French fries. The greatness doesn't stop there — you haven’t tried the best burger until you’ve tried a Super Duper burger! All our food is cooked to order and served hot and fresh.

The 1952 Chevy 6500 2-Ton custom made Shake and Stir Vintage Beverage Co. Bar Truck. We are a mobile bar service. We bring the party to you. We roll in, set up, and serve. We take care of everything; The Bar Truck, the booze, the bartender(s), the mixers, the cups, napkins, straws, fruit, ice, vintage Edison style overhead lights, wireless Bluetooth Monster music speaker, and even our own power to keep the party electric!

We are excited to bring the Brick + Wood experience to you!  Our Mobile Kitchen, wood-fired oven and all, is perfect for all of your off-site catering needs. Enjoy our Italian street foods, hand stretched mozzarella, fresh salads, pizza,  and even our popular wood-fire roasted porchetta at your next event.   

MILKCRAFT and The Milktruck serve all natural small batch chef composed ice cream made with liquid nitrogen for the smoothest texture possible, from the finest and freshest ingredients. The Bubblecone® is also made fresh to order and is our proprietary Honk Kong waffle formed into a cone for the ice cream. Thousands of Bubbblecones® are served daily in our Fairfield, and West Hartford stores. Now the MILKTRUCK is bringing this incredible food offering to you!  The Milktruck will arrive with a uniformed full staff with a manager.  The MILKTRUCK will arrive approximately 1 hour before serving time to set up and prep for your party.     We will serve your guests for up to 2 hours. Our small batch, locally sourced, cow to cone ice cream is made to order on the MILKTRUCK for each and every guest with food grade Liquid Nitrogen.  To reserve the date, client must accept the contract terms and place a 50% deposit. ​ MILKTRUCK will provide ANY four flavors from our menu.​
