Chef Dereck Ray (owner/operator) has designed the menu to satisfy every craving from the bold flavored “UGLY” taco to the health conscious “VEGAN”. The one word that describes the experience is EXCITING! FFT strives every day to set the industry standard in service, quality, and speed. The secret to success lies in the hours of labor that happen back at the cafe on Paoli Pike. Endless hours are spent slow cooking quality meats, preparing toppings from scratch, and ensuring each and every bite is packed with flavor. The menu is Tex-Mex at heart, but Chef Dereck pulls techniques from other cultures to give Fistful of Tacos a uniquely modern flavor.
