The MOObile uses beef supplied by the Pierce Creek Cattle Company, which is our 4th generation Missouri ranch. The MOObile is available for public events, private parties, and catered functions. We offer a range of dishes from smash burgers and tallow fries on the food truck to steaks at catered events. The focus and branding is locally sourced beef pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The food truck is a ground-up rebuild from the inside out with all new restaurant equipment and mechanical equipment.

Our Foodtruck is Middle Eastern food that focuses on Jordanian cuisine! Delicious shawarma, falafel, hummus.. ect! All fresh ingredients and amazing non-dairy shake flavors!

The restaurant is alive with a warm, relaxed feel. Seasonal dining can be enjoyed outside on our tropical, garden patio. We can accommodate intimate or large groups for meetings, buffets, and cocktail parties. We also offer full catering services.
