The MOObile uses beef supplied by the Pierce Creek Cattle Company, which is our 4th generation Missouri ranch. The MOObile is available for public events, private parties, and catered functions. We offer a range of dishes from smash burgers and tallow fries on the food truck to steaks at catered events. The focus and branding is locally sourced beef pasture-raised with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The food truck is a ground-up rebuild from the inside out with all new restaurant equipment and mechanical equipment.

Our Musubi and Poke are made fresh each morning from our family's recipes. The same recipes we raised our Keiki on. Our marinades and sauces are made from scratch because we want our customers to really taste the goodness of Hawaii.
