We are a Farm-to-table food trailer that focuses on presenting the best and most flavorful meals, using locally sourced ingredients in North Carolina. We serve Mexican refreshers (aguas frescas), tacos, quesadillas, fresh guacamole, and so much more to come! We raise our ostrich personally at our farm, Misty Morning Ranch, in Robbins North Carolina, while our beef is sourced from Southern Grace Farm in High Falls, North Carolina, and chorizo from Parnell Farms in Fayetteville, NC.
