Fork & Fiddle is a gourmet food trailer and catering service with Lowcountry influences operating in Northeast Indiana.  Influenced by his childhood visits to South Carolina, Chef Ryan developed the concept and a menu of fresh, quality ingredients featuring a personal interpretation of classic Lowcountry dishes to be a worthy representation of a region and of the people who were an inspiration to him.
