All meats are slow smoked with hickory wood and seasoned with my custom blend of spices and herbs. All meat is topped with my very own sweet tasting BBQ sauce. Combining the vinegar-based taste of Carolina Style BBQ with the sweet savory taste of Kansas City, Ricky D's Rib Shack has created "KansaLina" BBQ. My ribs and brisket are moist and smoked to tender perfection. My BBQ chicken and pulled pork are slowly smoked and full of flavor!
