(WE DO EVERYTHING) Servicing Knoxville, Nashville and surrounding areas. Our Italian Ice recipe consists of a water-based, fat-free, dairy-free, cholesterol-free, and high fructose corn syrup-free gourmet ​dessert of many different flavors​. Our setup is very easy and does not require electricity or any accommodations other than a space for either our 18’ x 8’ bus or 5’ x 5’ push cart.
